9:00 a.m. I'm a late riser but I try my best to wake up before my mom. I make an effort to do without Siri or a clock but with a full bladder. I make myself some tea, doll up, and get flowers. Where do you think all my flowers on Instagram came from? [I repeat] A full bladder. Fresh flowers set my mood, together with my outfit. The brocade-style RAOUL Classic Shorts hide my thunders, while accentuating the length of my legs with its glistening woven quality in regal accent. Clearly, I felt utterly fluttery, like a butterfly.
12:00 p.m. I decide to do a casual cocktail in the afternoon because I can. Whoever said gowns were meant for the evening? I'm all over the orange and cerulean trend this Spring, and I was most adamant to flash the gorgeous Cherry-Orange Twist Dress. This stunner boasts some serious next level game. My chicas and I then swing by a gallery or two followed by an intense gelato spree.
3:00 p.m. Hips aligned to the free flow of jazz, earlier blooms, and deviled eggs, I'd be having a picnic by the gardens, sitting next to (a vinyl track of) Nat King Cole. I lean towards spaghetti tops almost always and RAOUL has got a breezy strappy silk one to match. Last I check, I have yet to complete my poetry slam with Ron. It beats catching flicks with a gunshot dubstep, which would be ideal for my partner.
5:30 p.m. Sometimes, I don't make a good-enough effort to move. Ergo, instead of throwing in a massage from a hectic week, we go for a sweat-out. Typically, Ron and I do interval sprints or basic pop pilates. I like being skin-tight comfortable and the skinny is out: bodysuits are the new sports attire. Bodysuits are so ace in terms of versatility, they've been tessellating my mind of late. During desperate times, I'd sprint off course and into a sushi bar. Measure that!
7:30 p.m. I dig the dark look for my evening plans so before I hit the next French restaurant on my list, I give my chest a minimal peek-a-boo with a Lorde-esque Aria Black Silk Maxi from RAOUL. In my head, I'm just thinking, "Heroine's my name and you're my game." There's a certain je ne sais quoi about this number that I love. Together with an immense feel-good aura, I get on with a Lazuli night with my best of friends.
